We want you to love your Lavender Dreams bouquets!

Due to the nature of dried lavender, we cannot accept returns for opened or used products, or if the lavender has been exposed to contamination.

If your bouquet arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly offer a replacement or full refund.

To initiate a return, please message us on Facebook with your order details and photos of the issue.
Shipping Policy:

All bouquets are carefully hand-packed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Orders are shipped within 2–3 business days of purchase.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the buyer.

We are not responsible for delays due to carrier issues beyond our control.
